Planning your wedding day is an exciting, whirlwind experience – and we’re here to make sure your music is one thing you don’t have to worry about! From your first enquiry to the final notes on your big day, here's how working with us will go.
Step 1: Booking your wedding music starts here - Get in Touch via Our Website
Start by filling out our enquiry form on www.suzielangtonmusic.co.uk. The more details you can give us (like your wedding date and venue), the better we can tailor our response to your needs. We’re excited to hear about your plans!
Step 2: Receive Your Personalised Wedding Music Quotation
Within 48 hours, I’ll send you a bespoke quotation via email. If there’s anything you’d like to adjust – whether it's the package or extra details – don’t hesitate to let me know! And don’t worry, you can always add extra elements right up until 12 weeks before your big day.
Step 3: Confirm Your Package and Secure Your Date
Once you’ve chosen your perfect package, I’ll send you a booking form, a contract, and an invoice for the deposit. After you’ve signed and returned everything, you have booked your wedding music! I know it sounds a bit formal, but do take a moment to read through the contract – it covers all the important details, like power supply, space requirements, and the timing for setup and breakdown.
Step 4: Let’s Chat About Your Day!
Around four months before the wedding, we’ll have a call to go over the logistics, song choices, and timings. It’s the perfect chance to start shaping the soundtrack of your day! If you already know which songs you want, feel free to share them whenever you’re ready. Your final payment will be due around 12 weeks before your big day, so you’ll get an invoice well in advance at the four month mark.
Step 5: Finalise Song Choices
Two months before the big day, we’ll lock in your song selections. This is the last chance for changes, so we’ll have everything ready in plenty of time. We want to make sure every note is perfect, so we’ll start learning any new songs and sourcing tracks you’ve chosen. As your wedding day approaches, the excitement really starts to build!
Step 6: One Week to Go – We’re Almost There!
A week before your wedding, I’ll check in with you to make sure everything’s good to go. We’ll be in touch to offer a little emotional support, help with any last-minute jitters, and share in your excitement as your special day approaches.
And then, the big day arrives! We’ll be there, ready to create the perfect atmosphere with the music that’s going to make your wedding unforgettable.
