I'm already so excited to create your bespoke live music package, but to get the ball rolling, please complete this submission form to give me the initial information.

Don't worry if you don't know all the answers just yet, you can come back and submit this again if you need to update anything! To give you an idea of how the next steps will look, here's what to expect:

On booking, we'll ask for a 20% deposit to secure the date, and you'll receive the terms and conditions as well to look over.
You can then complete as much of this information as you would like to, as early as you would like.
All we ask is that all the information here is submitted no later than 8 weeks prior to your day.
You have the option to book a call in with me, however this is not mandatory, some find it easier to communicate over email, some prefer a chat - whichever you'd like to do I'm happy!
You'll receive a balance invoice for the remaining balance to be paid 12 weeks prior to your day.
In the run up to your wedding, my inbox will be open for you if you have any questions or concerns at all, and you can also whatsapp me too!
In the two weeks before your wedding, I'll check in with you to make sure everything is okay, and then I'll see you on the day!
